Michael Y. Parker. M.D., M.M.M., F.A.C.S.Dr. Parker earned a BA in English and an MD from UNC. He trained in General Surgery at Dartmouth and returned to UNC for his training in Ear, Nose & Throat and Head and Neck Surgery. He practiced in Raleigh for twenty years as a founding member of Capitol Ear, Nose & Throat before relocating to Wilmington. In 1998, he earned a Masters in Medical Management from Tulane University and has maintained an interest in the business side of practice while continuing to see patients full time. He teaches courses for the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery on the practical utilization of electronic medical records.
Dr. Parker was recently selected by medical colleagues as one of ten North Carolina Otolaryngologists as “Best Doctors In America.”

David Gagliardi, Au.DDavid Gagliardi completed his undergraduate in Salem State College, Salem Massachusetts. He completed his Masters of Science in Audiology in Boston University Boston, Massachusetts and his Doctorate of Audiology in Arizona School of Health Sciences Mesa, Arizona.
